Dear Candidate,
We are hiring a dedicated and organized Store Executive to manage inventory and store operations at our manufacturing facility in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a store or inventory role and must be proficient in Tally ERP for stock and material entries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
Update inventory records accurately using Tally ERP.
Maintain proper documentation like GRN, issue slips, challans, etc.
Conduct stock verification and reconciliation at regular intervals.
Coordinate with the purchase and production departments for timely material flow.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess to the supervisor.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and physical arrangement of materials.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area.
Assist in the preparation of monthly stock and inventory reports.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a store or inventory role in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Tally ERP knowledge is mandatory – should be able to handle stock entries, billing, and reports.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
Good understanding of storekeeping and inventory control practices.
Physically fit and able to handle manual stock movement if required.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum HSC (12th pass); preference for Graduates in any stream.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates currently residing in or near Navi Mumbai.
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering industries is preferred.
