We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background and excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating service activities, ensuring timely responses to client requirements, and supporting the service team for efficient field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate service schedules and dispatch service engineers to customer locations.
Communicate with clients to understand service requirements and provide timely updates.
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
Prepare job sheets, service reports, and coordinate with the inventory team for spare parts.
Ensure adherence to service timelines and company quality standards.
Support the service team in troubleshooting technical issues remotely if needed.
Follow up on customer feedback and maintain high service satisfaction levels.
Assist in preparing service quotations and invoices.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in a service coordination or related role (freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).
Good understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and industrial products.
