Dear Candidate,
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, managing order processing, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales operations
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations
Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and payments
Maintain and update customer records and sales data in CRM or ERP systems
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely delivery and invoicing
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and in person
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and forecasts
Track pending orders and coordinate dispatch
Manage documentation for tenders or bulk orders (if applicable)
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Engineering preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in an engineering or industrial company
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Tally ERP / SAP / any CRM system is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Preferred Attributes:
Knowledge of industrial products or engineering components
Basic understanding of GST invoices and documentation
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
