We are looking for dedicated and skilled Refrigeration Technicians to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This role is open to both freshers eager to learn and experienced professionals looking to advance their careers.
. Core Responsibilities
As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be crucial in ensuring the reliable operation of our clients' commercial and industrial cooling systems. Your primary duties will include:
Installation & Commissioning: Installing, assembling, and testing new refrigeration and HVAC units, such as walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and commercial air conditioning systems, according to technical drawings and specifications.
Maintenance: Performing comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) checks, including cleaning coils, checking insulation, and inspecting system components to maximize efficiency and longevity.
Diagnosis & Repair: Accurately diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, leak detectors, pressure gauges).
System Servicing: Executing repairs, including the replacement of faulty components like compressors, condensers, motors, and fans. This includes proper refrigerant handling and charging procedures in compliance with safety standards.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all services performed, parts used, and system performance logs.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhering to all safety protocols and industry regulations when working with electrical and high-pressure systems.
2. Qualifications and Requirements
For Freshers:
Must possess a strong foundational knowledge in the principles of refrigeration (Vapour Compression Cycle).
High willingness to learn, accept guidance, and undergo extensive on-the-job training.
For All Candidates (Fresher & Experienced):
Education: ITI or Diploma certification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical trades.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Practical knowledge of troubleshooting electrical circuits and control systems.
Communication: Clear communication skills for effective interaction with supervisors and clients.
Physical: Capable of physical work, including lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working in varied environmental conditions.
