We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager with around 1 year of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-first approach. The role involves managing site visits, converting leads, and closing deals for residential or commercial properties in and around the MIHAN region of Nagpur.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, site visits, and walk-ins
Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects to customers
Maintain and update the lead database and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and plan promotional campaigns
Provide post-sale customer support and ensure smooth documentation
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Knowledge of the MIHAN/Nagpur real estate market is a strong plus
Own vehicle preferred for site visits
