Dear Candidate,
We are looking for a caring, patient, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will nurture and guide children (ages 2–5) in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement daily lesson plans based on early childhood curriculum standards.
Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
Promote age-appropriate social, emotional, and academic development.
Organize and lead educational activities such as storytelling, singing, arts & crafts, and outdoor play.
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and behavior.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's development, behavior, and milestones.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure consistency and support across the program.
Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards and procedures.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred.
Proven experience as a preschool or early childhood teacher.
Strong understanding of child development and early learning theories.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
