Experience: 1–2+ Years (Preferably from Pharmaceuticals or Manufacturing)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Negotiable)
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
Skills:
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, automation, or equipment manufacturing industries.
Basic understanding of import/export documentation and procurement procedures.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Good computer skills — MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP familiarity.
Detail-oriented with effective organizational and multitasking skills.
A proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling purchase requisitions and procurement of raw materials, components, and services.
Support ERP-based purchase order management, inventory tracking, and report generation.
Conduct vendor research to identify cost-effective and reliable suppliers.
Coordinate sourcing activities and ensure timely material availability.
Monitor market trends, compare quotations, and assist in cost analysis.
Help maintain vendor relationships and supplier databases.
Support documentation and compliance with procurement policies and standards.
Maintain and update purchase records, price lists, and vendor agreements.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance and ensuring material quality.
Participate in cost-saving initiatives and continuous process improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and new sourcing strategies.
