Dear Candidate,
We are seeking a driven and energetic Inside Sales Executive with 2 years of experience to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves lead generation, client communication, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through inside sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and networking.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present product/service offerings via calls, emails, and online demonstrations.
Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams for lead nurturing.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Follow up with clients for proposals, negotiations, and closure.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven inside sales or business development experience (minimum 2 years).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and pitch solutions effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Background:
2 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / business development, preferably in IT, engineering, or service industry.
Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in B2B sales and handling corporate clients will be an added advantage.
